In the living area there are two comfortable sofas set around a cosy wood burning stove and a Roberts bluetooth stereo so you can relax and stream your favourite music straight from your tablet or phone. There is a Smart TV, DVD player with good selection of films and free WiFi. A large antique farmhouse table is ideal for dining in next to the fire, entertaining or for playing our selection of vintage board games
The kitchen is light, spacious and well equipped with solid wood work surfaces and quality cookware and crockery. French doors lead directly into the large enclosed garden which has its own beautiful seating area; perfect for alfresco dining or a sunny early morning breakfast.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The main bedroom has lots of character with an exposed beam, pretty dual aspect windows and a beautiful upholstered king size bed. The second bedroom is a cosy twin, perfect for another couple or two children. Both have luxurious high quality soft white bed linen and stripped oak floorboards.
Downstairs has a useful shower room which is bright and airy with a contemporary feel. The newly renovated upstairs bathroom has lovely views over the garden, an indulgent roll top bath and dimmable lighting; perfect for a relaxing soak after a long walk or busy day at the beach.
