Local Amenities
No.4 Church Street is located in the very heart of Southrepps. The cottage is directly adjacent to a great village pub 'The Vernon Arms' and the village convenience shop and post office are both just a few minutes walk away.
Close by is the impressive 15th century St James Church, home to the annual highly acclaimed Southrepps Classical Music festival which supports many new artists.
Gunton train station is less than two miles away which provides a good service to the coast at Cromer and Sheringham, or to Norwich for a direct link into London.
A good range of shops and supermarkets can easily be found within a short drive, including a brand new Waitrose.
